Welcome to AN AFFORDABLE SPACE! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of AN AFFORDABLE SPACE's Website, with URL: www.anaffordablespace.com. By accessing this website, creating an account, signing in as a guest, or logging in to the Website we assume you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and FAQs. We may make changes to the Website and the Terms and Conditions and render them effective immediately upon posting without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions for updates or changes. Do not continue to use AN AFFORDABLE SPACE website if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

 

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, FAQ and all Agreements: "Customer"  "You" and "Your" refers to you, an authorized user of the Online Design Store, who must be an individual over the age of 18. "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to AN AFFORDABLE SPACE. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Customer and ourselves.

 

Other Terms may also include, "Account" means the customer's online account created once the registration procedure has been completed. "Online Design Store"  refers to the website owned by AN AFFORDABLE SPACE of which the Customer is an authorized user, and through which he or she may place Orders. "Price" means the price of Products for sale to Customers, as viewed on the Online Design Store. "Order" refers the Customer's order for Products he/she wishes to purchase through the Online Design Store. "Order Form" shall refer to the form which the Customer must complete in order to place an Order for Products through the Online Design Store. "Payment Processor" shall refer to third-party gateway appointed by AN AFFORDABLE SPACE to handle all credit card and other online payment options available on the Online Design Store. Our online Payment Processor is PAYPAL. "Personal Data" means data that can be used to identify, contact or locate the Customer. It includes the Customer's name, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address, phone number and credit card information. Only Sign-In data is kept by AN AFFORDABLE SPACE website, the rest are processed by our third-party payment processor. "Product" refers to a product available for sale to Customers in the Online Design Store. "Packages" and "Top-Up" refers to the products sold in the Online Design Store. "Design Theme" is the selected style you want for your order. "Username" refers to the unique login identification name which identifies a Customer who has an account with AN AFFORDABLE SPACE. "Password" refers to the valid password that a Customer who has registered an account with AN AFFORDABLE SPACE may use with the Username to access the Online Design. "Size of Room" refers to the floor area covered by your room. "Design Chat" refers to our unique online support which can be accessed thru the websites floating Design Chat icon, or via our Instagram messenger (@anaffordablespace).

 

Signing-Up and Logging-in: The Customer may register an Account with the Online Design Store by supplying his or her name, address, email address, and such other personal information as may be required by the sign-up form for faster checkout. The Customer shall be responsible for the accuracy of all information which he/she provides and agrees that AN AFFORDABLE SPACE is free from any claim or liability for the unauthorized or illegal disclosure or use of such personal information made by Customer. The Customer are not required to register and can access the Online Design Store as a guest shopper. However, guest shoppers still need to supply their name, address, postal code, email address, and such other personal information as may be required by the Order Form upon checkout.

 

Security and Privacy: The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his or her Account, Password, and other personal information. AN AFFORDABLE SPACE shall not be held liable in any manner for any breach of security or unauthorized access or use of the Customer's Account resulting from the Customer's failure to maintain the confidentiality of such information. We shall assume any access of the Online Design Store under a Customer's Account as being made by the Customer himself / herself and no other person. We do not keep credit card or bank details. We only use Paypal as third-party Payment Processor and gateway to accept your online payment details. Read more about your Privacy Policy here. The Customer gives AN AFFORDABLE SPACE the right to post their property photos as sample work in order to provide some visual proof of the quality of their designs to other potential Customers. This right applies as long as the general public has no means of connecting the subject property photo posted to a specific individual or organization. This also protects the Customer from publication of private facts or information or photos with people/individuals, unless the Customer gives the authority to AN AFFORDABLE SPACE connect them to the subject property photo.

 

Prices of Products: The prices of the Products payable by a Customer shall be the Price at the time the Order was placed. We reserve the right to change the Prices at any time without giving any reason or prior notice and such amendments. All Prices are subject to all applicable national and/or local governmental taxes and duties where the Orders are deemed, as the case may be, unless otherwise stated.

 

Minor Revision: AN AFFORDABLE SPACE reserves the right to limit the scope revision. All our Packages include 1 Minor Revision. A minor revision is limited to change of color / material / finish, minor movement of previously used furniture or decor and any minor alteration of the 3D Model. Change of mind (especially change of Design Theme) after receiving the Rendered Image is not considered as a Minor Revision. All revisions will be in non Photo-Realistic format. Design Chat: AN AFFORDABLE SPACE reserves the right to limit the scope of questions answered in the Design Chat. The extent and flow of your Design Chat varies depending on the package you got. Questions are limited by the scope of your purchased package. AN AFFORDABLE SPACE will require information from the Customer to be able to design the space. These information includes but are not limited to: Photos & Videos of the Space, Simple Plan Sketch / Floor Plan (with verified dimensions), Selected Design Theme etc. The customer is expected to ensure the correctness of the information provided. AN AFFORDABLE SPACE will not be held responsible for any incorrect measurement or design discrepancies caused by the incomplete or incorrect information provided by the Customer. Design: AN AFFORDABLE SPACE reserves the right to execute changes during 3D Design phase that will help improve the overall design of the space without the need to get an approval from the Customer. These changes will still be in line with the overall theme and general layout of the space. The changes include but are not limited to: moving, removing or changing of furniture pieces to improve the final layout of the room.  AN AFFORDABLE SPACE reserves the right to choose the view/angle of the Rendered Images and Before & After Clip included in the Package order. Selected Rendered Image views will be from an angle that will show most of the space. AN AFFORDABLE SPACE will not be held responsible for any unseen areas or unseen furniture as the camera angle rely on the actual parameters of the space and may be affected by the realistic placing of furniture pieces. 

 

Floor Area: AN AFFORDABLE SPACE only accepts Size of Room of up to 50sqm (540 sqft) only. The floor area covered by our base Packages are 25 sqm (270sqft) and below, while a Top-Up can be availed for 26 to 50sqm (270 to 540 sqft). Read more about how to measure your floor area thru FAQ.

 

Exclusions: All items NOT noted and mentioned under the description of the purchased product are excluded. AN AFFORDABLE SPACE assumes that you have read all the details about the product inclusions and its corresponding FAQ once you proceeded with cart checkout. 

 

Content Liability: AN AFFORDABLE SPACE shall not be liable for any access, use and/or inability to use the Online Design Store due to; any server or connection failure, interruption, delay in transmission, computer virus or other malicious, destructive or corrupting code; and any use of or access to any other website or webpage linked from the Online Design Store.

Delivery Email: Delivery of the Products ordered shall be sent to the email address supplied by the Customer in the Order Form. AN AFFORDABLE SPACE will not be held responsible for lost or delay due to erroneous email address provided by the Customer.

 

Delivery Day: Counting of delivery days starts AFTER we receive all important information needed to design you space thru our Design Chat. The customer will be asked for a confirmation to start with 3D Design during Design Chat. The initial Delivery Time per package is based from 1 package order. If you ordered more than 1 Design Package, it will be plus 1 Delivery Day every additional Design Package ordered. If your order is for a Commercial Space, it will be plus 1 Delivery Day to the overall Delivery Day total. If there are already 3 existing scheduled submittals on your original Delivery Day, your Delivery Day can be bumped to the following work day schedule. AN AFFORDABLE SPACE will inform you about your final Delivery Day during Design Chat. Weekends and Philippines Holidays are not included in the Delivery Day count. In the event the Customer does not receive their design order by the noted delivery days in the package even after Design Chat, the Customer should notify AN AFFORDABLE SPACE through email at hello@anaffordablespace.com, or through our Design Chat, within one (1) day from such delivery date.

 

Gift Cards: The Gift Card may only be used for purchases on www.anaffordablespace.com. The Gift Card is not refundable or redeemable for cash or credit. It may be used to make purchases only up to the available balance on the Gift Card. The available balance of the Gift Card is reduced by the amount of each purchase of goods or services. If you want to use the Gift Card to make a purchase that exceeds the available balance on the Gift Card, you must combine the use of the Gift Card with additional payment from another funding source. You agree that we are not responsible if you do not have enough funds on your Gift Card to facilitate a transaction. Protect the Gift Card like cash. Lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards will only be replaced. The Gift Card is not a credit, debit, or charge card. No implied warranties attach to it. Gift cards are activated immediately once the recipient has received the code, they do not expire and are one time use only.
 

Use of Cookies: We employ the use of cookies. By accessing AN AFFORDABLE SPACE, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with the AN AFFORDABLE SPACE's Privacy Policy. Most interactive websites use cookies to let us retrieve the user’s details for each visit. Cookies are used by our website to enable the functionality of certain areas to make it easier for people visiting our website. Some of our affiliate/advertising partners may also use cookies.

Payments: AN AFFORDABLE SPACE reserves the right to verify & confirm the payments made by the customer. The customer is expected to settle the balance in full or its entirety before Design Chat to begin. We do not accept down payments for any of our Payment options. You can however choose to settle payments in parts when you checkout your order in parts as well. Read more about payments in FAQ.

 

License: Unless otherwise stated, AN AFFORDABLE SPACE owns the intellectual property rights for all material on AN AFFORDABLE SPACE unless otherwise specified. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You must not republish material, sell, rent, sub-license, reproduce, duplicate, copy or redistribute any material and content from AN AFFORDABLE SPACE. However, in instances that we do not own the images, we note their rightful sources below the image. We do not claim ownership to these images and do not intend copyright infringement.
